Description:
First of all, you must realize it is a dive bar. And they make no effort to be sleek or popular. Lots of stuff to look at on the walls, way above average music, and a very nice Portobello Mushroom Burger.

Comments:
Definitely a local dive bar, great atmosphere although it seemed a little too dark. The fried catfish po boy was what caught my eye while reading the menu from the street. It was an excellent choice, huge sandwich, and the sauce topped it perfectly. I wanted to try a local draft so I had the Fireman's #4 which tasted good and was on special with all drafts for $2.50. I tried the Ace Pear Cider which had a great taste and aroma but I prefer beer. I will be returning to try their Chipotle Burger next time.
Pros:
great food and prices
Cons:
a little too gloomy for a restaurant but the food makes up for it, didn't recommend fries with my sandwich as I forgot to order them
