I love this place. Love. Great drinks, friendly bartenders, and a lovely space. I should note that I've always sat at the bar, so I can't comment on the table service. Absinthe is the name of the game here, although there is also a super secret, super delicious drink I got last time. I don't recall the name (something with "diablo," perhaps?), but just ask for "the one with the jalapeno." It's an award-winning cocktail they make that, if I'm not mistaken, isn't on the menu. It also isn't a good choice for those who don't like a little spice, but my mama's New Orleans cooking turned me on to cayenne at an early age and it's the perfect drink for me.
