A newcomer to the downtown Austin scene in May 09, Max’s Wine Dive offers a new, high vibrant option to the burgeoning Convention Center District. With the only other location in Houston, Max’s isn’t just another corporate extension of a well oiled machine. In fact, its about as far away from corporate in its mantra as you can get with the slogan “Fried Chicken and Champagne, why the hell not” branded on its homepage.
