In their six years together as musical partners, Chip Taylor & Carrie Rodriguez released 4 albums (Lets Leave This Town and The Trouble With Humans, Red Dog Tracks and Live at the Ruhr Triennale) an EP (Angel of the Morning), hit the top of the Americana charts several times and toured around the world. No Depression said at the time, “Folk music - Americana, singer-songwriter, alt- country - doesn’t get much better than this. Here is the new standard of duets that all others should be judged by.”
Following a farewell tour in 2007, Taylor & Rodriguez have written songs together - some for Rodriguez's #1 album Give Me All You Got and others for extra tracks on their greatest hits compilation The New Bye & Bye, but the two have not toured with each other until now.
