Friday August 26 :: 7pm - 9pm
Saturday August 27 :: 1.30pm - 5.30pm
Through group and individual exercises, you will learn how to sequence safely, efficiently and effectively. We will explore different ways to map an asana class including building toward a peak pose, weaving a theme and teaching with music to develop a rhythm. This teaching workshop is open to graduates of any 200 hour teacher training program; please be prepared to practice!
$95 / $80 for WL TT grads
