Join us for Thanksgiving Brunch at The Carillon! Our brunch buffet will have items to please every member of your party. Here is a selection of our brunch buffet items. Each category includes at least two and up to 12 options.
Event Details
-Breakfast dishes, including Salmon Gravlax Eggs Benedict and an omelet and hash station
-Cold Seafood, such as smoked salmon
-Charcuterie
-Cheese boards
-Variety of prepared salads, including roasted root vegetable salad
-Soups, including butternut squash bisque and crab and corn chowder
-Carving Station with turkey and prime rib
-Entrees such as lamb loin, guinea hen, grilled swordfish
-Sides such as cornbread dressing, green bean casserole, and sweet potato and Yukon Gold au gratin
-An incredible selection of dessert that includes brown sugar apple bread pudding, bourbon pecan torte, carrot cake truffles, pumpkin cheesecake, and more!
