Join us for a panel discussion with LGBTQ+ thought leaders and allies from Austin’s health & fitness industries! We’ll even kick things off with a 30-minute workout led by Austin’s first queer-friendly fitness studio Transform.

Pre-panel workout session at 6:00 PM. Panel starts at 6:45 PM. Networkings starts at 8pm. Event ends at 9:00 PM.
RSVPs are required but free. There is a $5 suggested donation that will go toward funding future OIT Austin events.

Sushma is the VP of Product at Snap Kitchen, a healthy, convenient meal concept. She has a strong track record of bringing customer inspired software products to market. She has a solid technical foundation with 6+ years in software engineering and 10+ years in product management within a startup environment. Delighting customers is her passion, along with hitting the Austin trail, and making an impact on people’s lives.
ERICA NIX
Founder, Transform
Erica Nix is on a mission to Make Working Out Fun Again! Her kitschy, sex-positive aerobics classes have grown a loyal following, and now she’s taking her movement to the next level. In December of 2016 she opened her own studio, Transform, hosting a full range of fitness classes and events.
KELLY MARSHALLOwner, Spectrum Yoga Therapy
Kelly is a yoga therapist, mindfulness coach, and massage therapist serving the LGBTQIA and queer community in Austin. He specializes in creating a safe space of healing and empowerment for individuals whom are addressing trauma, anxiety/depression, body and gender issues, and more.
GINA MATEER
Owner, Non-Nomaste, LLC
Gina Mateer is a registered dietitian, licensed dietitian in the state of Texas, and is recognized as a certified eating disorder registered dietitian. Gina studied nutritional sciences at the University of Texas and graduated from their Coordinated Program in Dietetics.
