Ruby chocolate- the latest innovation that has revolutionized chocolate’s culinary culture- is making an exclusive debut at Delysia Chocolatier’s brand new, elevated tasting experience: SAVOR. Explore the array of aromatic and flavor profiles that enhance gourmet chocolate with our guided and immersive approach to tasting Delysia’s artisanal handcrafted confections. In celebration of being the first chocolatier in the United States to introduce natural ruby chocolate truffles, Delysia Chocolatier is debuting an exclusive chocolate tasting showcasing the versatility and beauty of ruby cacao.
Broaden your culinary palate as you sample uniquely handcrafted chocolates at SAVOR: Chocolate Tasting Experience. Select from a set menu personally curated by our Chocolatier. Flavors include:
Classic ruby chocolate truffle: Pure ruby chocolate for a perfect balance between sweet and tart with a fruit-forward flavor profile.
Sparkling ruby chocolate truffle: Ruby chocolate infused with sparkling rosé wine with rose petals and dried strawberries for a sweetened, floral finish
Spiced Ratnanayaka chocolate truffle: A proprietary spice blend, garam masala, smoked paprika, and adobo peppers infused with a hint of citrus blended in ruby chocolate

Throughout every tasting, patrons will explore the Scents of various aromatics that influence high-end chocolate, the Acoustics of individual chocolate confections, the Virtues of each, unique chocolate delight, and the Observations of the array of flavor profiles that elevate handcrafted chocolate. Ending each tasting with a period of Reflection, allows chocolate connoisseurs and casual tasters, alike, to deepen their love for artisanal chocolate.
SAVOR: Chocolate Tasting Experience is every Saturday and Sunday at our Culinary Center. Enjoy 3 chocolates ($7 per person). Please allow 30-45 minutes for your tasting. Reservations are not required but highly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome.
