Since the ancient times of the Aztec and Mayan civilizations, chocolate has always been a symbol of love. As chocolate’s reputation popularized the world, it became known as “the elixir of love.” As Valentine’s Day nears, Delysia Chocolatier is hosting a special chocolate tasting inspired by the romantic and passionate flavors that elevate gourmet chocolate.
Broaden your culinary palate as you sample uniquely handcrafted chocolates at Delysia’s SAVOR: Chocolate Tasting Experience. Select from a set menu personally curated by our Chocolatier. Flavors include:
Sparkling ruby chocolate truffle
Bright and tart. Ruby chocolate infused with sparkling rosé wine with rose petals and dried strawberries for a sweetened, floral finish.
Red velvet chocolate truffle
Creamy and sweet. White chocolate mixed with cream cheese studded with red velvet cake and wrapped in dark chocolate.
Rosewater & orange blossom chocolate truffle
Luscious and floral. Smooth rich caramel blended in milk chocolate with rosewater and a hint of orange blossom for a refreshing and fruity flavor profile.

At Delysia’s SAVOR: Chocolate Tasting Experience, customers will begin each experience with a brief overview of chocolate’s journey from the cacao pod through its production process into a culinary delight. Throughout every tasting, patrons will broaden their culinary palate as they explore aromatic and flavor profiles with our guided and systematic, immersive approach to tasting Delysia’s artisanal handcrafted chocolates.
Reservations are not required but highly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable.
Tasting Room Hours:
Saturdays 11am – 6pm
Sundays 12pm – 5pm
