We are excited to announce this year's jazz festival will take place on November 24, 2018 at downtown's beautiful Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center.
We've heard your requests, and with you in mind, we selected the MACC to truly experience an outdoor, day-long, smooth jazz event like no other! With the breathtaking Austin skyline serving as a backdrop, you'll be able to kick off your Thanksgiving weekend with entertainment from top-tier jazz musicians, be wowed by visual art from incredibly talented artists, and have an extraordinary VIP wine tasting experience.
This year's lineup will satisfy even the most sophisticated musical palette. AAJF proudly presents:
Damien Escobar
Violinist extraordinaire, Damien Escobar, is a two-time Emmy Award winner, and has been nominated for an NAACP Image Award.
Chanté Moore
Vocalist Chantè Moore has been nominated for Grammy and MCP Music Awards. She has also won the NAACP Image Award, Soul Train Award, UB Honors, and American Music Award.
Gerald Albright
Iconic saxophonist and 8x Grammy-nominated artist, Gerald Albright will be hitting the stage with the incredible sound that has influenced generations.
Jeff Lorber Fusion
