FAQs
Free tickets? How is that a benefit? Because Eventbrite takes a hefty chunk of the price, these tickets are "free," but we ask that you lock down your RSVP by Venmoing your donation to Eric-Dexheimer-1 ahead of the event and make sure to put your name and how many in your party in the note. Or pay us at the door. $25 donation per per person suggested, but you can always dig deeper. If you don't have $25, email chotzinoff@gmail.com, and we'll work something out.
What if I can't make the concert, but would like to make a donation? Simply venmo your donation to Eric-Dexheimer-1 and put your name and the words "just a donation" in the note. Thank you for your support.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? No. The concert is kid friendly, although there is nothing specifically kid-oriented going on, other than the Zilker playground across the street. The BYOB part is limited to people of legal drinking age.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is limited at 2101 Bluebonnet Lane, but the mensches at the Community of Christ Church have kindly offered parking at 2132 Bluebonnet Lane, about two blocks away.
What can I bring into the event?
Beverages of your choice, blankies and warm coats (if it's cold), your donation of $25 per person (if you haven't already venmo'ed it.)
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Robin Chotzinoff (512) 608-3108 chotzinoff@gmail.com
Constance Dexheimer (512) 608-7311 constance@themagnoliaschoolatx.com
What's the refund policy?
This being a fundraiser for a very worthy cause, there are no refunds.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, but attendance is limited, so don't make this too complicated.
