In this 90-minute workshop, you and your friends (new and old!) will learn what goes into sourcing, harvesting, and preparing the best matcha ever. We're excited to welcome Macon Rippy of Matchaful for a discussion and matcha lesson.
Each table will be set with one matcha bowl, whisk, scoop, a kettle, and 3-4 different ingredients that spark creativity and joy - local honey, edible flowers, adaptogens, the works.
Open to 12 participants. All materials are provided. All skill levels welcome.
