For the second year in a row, Lick Honest Ice Creams, Dublin Bottling Works and Lenoir are celebrating community by turning the spotlight on Becker Elementary Schools's organic and educational non-profit gardening program, The Becker Green Classroom
Event Details
There will be ICE CREAM to lick, wine, beer & Dublin soda to sip, and snacks to eat (such as pies from J.T. Youngblood's!). ALL of the proceeds from Lick's ice cream and a portion of other sales will also benefit the Green Classroom!
If that's not enough to entice you, then let the music perk your ears: the Guy Forsyth Band and Chris Bell, parents of students who attend Becker, will be performing!
**BRING NON-PERISHABLE, HEALTHY SNACKS to be entered into a RAFFLE! Tickets to the raffle will be given to all who contribute to Becker Elementary’s food pantry, which was started by the school’s parents in 2016 to provide snacks for children in need. Items needed include fig bars, popcorn, pretzels, applesauce or other fruit squeezes, granola bars, rice snacks and Cheerios.
