The Austin Food & Wine Alliance awarded Confituras a culinary grant in 2013 for their ‘Preserving Austin’ project, which is an emerging program that refers to both preserving the local, seasonal bounty and preserving our own local canning history.

Who's ready for date night with Ken and Mindy?! Join us for this fun cookie decorating workshop led by pastry chef Mindy of Mindy's Bakeshop! Over the course of 2 hours, she will take you step by step though the process of decorating a 3-course Italian cookie meal with Royal Icing, no experience necessary. Adults and children 12 and up welcome! Bonus: choose the "2 tickets" option at check out to purchase 2 seats at once and receive $20 off your total order!
Here's what you'll leave with:
a box of 10 beautifully decorated cookies
a packet with sugar cookie and Royal Icing recipes, complete with ingredients and instructions
