Fun functional workouts and great people! We do it all: Gymnastics, weightlifting, cardiovascular work, core work, you name it. Our Philosophy:
Here at CrossFit 2024 we put our time and energy into getting you moving. Our goal is not to make you look good, to give you abs, or to get you ready for beach season....that is just an added bonus that occurs naturally through training. We focus on the mechanics of functional movements and ensuring that each one of our athletes has proper mobility, strength, and stamina to be the best athlete, employee, mom, dad, grandparent, or whatever it is they want to be in life. Truly anyone of any age, background, or level of fitness can join our classes. If you feel you may be too limited, keep your head up! We can and will find a way for you to participate with the group and workout just like anyone else.

A day at the box:
Each day begins with a general warm-up followed by a more specific warm-up in accordance with the workout for the day. We then begin either our strength or skill section followed by the workout. Our workouts are constantly varied changing from day to day. Although things may seem intense at first, each person is able to move at their own pace.

What we expect:
At CrossFit 2024 we expect nothing short of your best effort and participation. It doesn't matter if you aren't as strong or as fast as the person next to you. What matters is that you give everything your best shot. Success in anything doesn't come ea
