Meet at The Domain studio at ~7:50pm to start running at 8:00pm sharp. Betsy will lead a run around The Domain and will end at the studio at 8:30pm. Light refreshments will be available to cool off and and gear up for the Candlelit HPF that will follow from 8:45pm-9:45pm.
*All levels of yogis & runners welcome!
