Outright Fitness & Performance specializes in athletic training for both athletes and non-athletes. We focus on developing explosive power and speed for professional, collegiate, competitive adult and youth athletes. We offer the complete package for athletic development for all sports. We evaluate and implement structured training programs that are personalized for each athlete. We use this same training approach for non-athletes that want to improve overall fitness, build strength, decrease body fat. Our service include group sprint workouts, personal training and group fitness classes.
