Intended (but not required) for guests who have previously attended our Cocktail Creation 101 course.
Tired of drinking the same cocktails at home? Want to put a unique spin on your next cocktail party with friends & family? Well, if you have a grasp on the basics, now is your chance to kick it up a notch!
Join us in this two-hour advanced mixology course and learn about the leading techniques of flavor extraction, how to make homemade ingredients, proper technique for mixing drinks, and the methods utilized by the pros for creating original recipes.
During the course, each attendee will create a new signature cocktail using an advanced technique, utilizing ingredients that they can make at home, using our five component cocktail creation guide. Best of all, each attendee will leave with all of the knowledge needed to regularly concoct new libations at home. We’re excited to have you join us. Let’s get these creative juices flowing!
* Attendees must be 21 years of age. Class promptly begins at 12pm and concludes at 2:30pm. Stationed Hors d’oeuvres will be served at the beginning of the course. Guests are encouraged to stay after the course concludes to enjoy our Sunday Happy Hour service!

A review of the elements of cocktails, and how they work together to create balance
An in-depth look into different types of ice and how they influence the method of cocktail production
Making ingredients at home, such as syrups, bitters, infusions, etc.
A look into modern techniques like fat-washing and clarification
Garnishes: Tricks of the trade about how to properly prepare, utilize and store garnishes
Bitters & Tinctures: what they are and how they work in cocktails.
QUESTION & ANSWER SESSION: What crazy questions do you have for us? All of our instructors have many years of bartending experience, and are constantly training to remain at the highest level. This is the chance to ask any questions you may have in an open format that you may not otherwise have the ability to ask in a busy bar.
