2. How much are the hotel rooms?
$135 per night King bed with pullout sofabed (bedroom, living room and sitting area)
$145 per night 2 Double beds with pullout sofabed (bedroom, living room and sitting area)

4. When can we make our hotel reservations?

At the time of reservation: You will reserve the room with a credit or debit card.
NO CHARGES will be incurred at the time of reservation. This is just used to reserve your room.
5. What do we need to know about the hotel reservations?
Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-362-2779 or 1-800-(EMBASSY)
You must say you are with the Gilbert-Austin room block to get the rate. Rates will NOT be changed at check in/out for any guest that did not mention the group name at the time of reservation.
The Gilbert-Austin reservation cut off date will be Friday, June 1, 2018.
Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check-out time is 12:00pm.
At check-in: Guests will be asked to present a credit (or debit) card. You may present a different card that you reserved with. This will be used to cover any additional incidentals. You may also request that incidentals be turned off (no mov
