Operation Turkey and Swift's Attic are honored to present our 5th Annual Alaskan Seafood Dinner!
Join us on the evening of August 26th for a fine dining experience benefiting Austin’s own Operation Turkey. This event starts with a cocktail hour at 5pm with music provided by "The Godfather of Austin Blues," WC Clark.
We're super excited to announce a collaboration of Executive Chef's Rene De Leon from Swift's Attic and Sterling Ridings from Guild - Austin's hottest new seafood restaurant! Together, they will create magic in the kitchen with a unique five-course dinner, served family style with complimentary wine, starting at 6pm.
All seafood served at the event will be flown from Ketchikan, Alaska directly to Austin Texas. The main course will include a variety of wild-caught halibut and salmon. Known as the “Salmon Capital of the World”, Ketchikan always delivers unparalleled quality seafood.This unique experience is limited to 100 people for $100* per plate with the proceeds directly benefiting Operation Turkey. (*An Eventbrite fee of $7.62 will be added to each ticket at checkout.)Swift’s Attic Swift's is located on the second floor of the historic downtown Austin building that originally was the 1905 home to the Swift's Premium Food Co. on 3rd and Congress, above the nationally recognized Elephant Room. Our cuisine, influenced by a passion for farm to table offerings is billed as Modern American Small Plates. Not holding to any particular cooking genre or style, but rather focused on the Creative, Whimsical and Delicious.
GuildThe highly-anticipated and newly opened project from Chef Sterling Ridings, and the Chameleon Companies (Swift’s Attic and Wu Chow), is a progressive American seafood restaurant and oyster bar specializing in seasonal ingredients, locally sourced and thoughtfully prepared for guests to enjoy in a comfortable yet contemporary atmosphere. We source directly from many central Texas farms, including our very own herb garden located on the property. Our oysters arrive daily and directly from the farmers themselves from both the East and West coasts of the United States and Canada. We offer the freshest seafood but also other dishes, such as steak, pork, quail, and vegetarian and also
