Dishes from local chefs and vendors that feature fermented ingredients

Seaholm Lawn events start at 11am, Austin Central Library events start at 12:30pm
The Austin Fermentation Festival is a FREE educational event that celebrates all things fermented in Central Texas and will run from 11am – 4pm at the Austin Central Library and Seaholm EcoDistrict lawn ( 710 W Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78701). Proceeds from this event will benefit the Texas Farmers’ Market Farmer Emergency Fund, which offers financial assistance to TFM farmers and ranchers in times of environmental, personal or other crisis.
The event is free and open to all, but you must sign up for a ticket in order to enter the library workshops and Seaholm lawn. $10 suggested donation per person. Presented by Texas Farmers' Market with support from Whole Foods. Thanks to additional sponsors and partners.
