Join the ghosts and ghouls of Horizon Bank in support of JDRF for a Halloween Fun Bike Ride! The money you raise will change the lives of millions of people who struggle with the burden of type 1 diabetes (T1D) every day.
Event Details
There is no way to prevent T1D and there is no cure – yet. But JDRF is working hard to change that and Horizon Bank wants to help.
The ride will be full of spooky costumes, dreadful fun, and wicked goblins alike. We'll kick off the party at Govalle Park and head north to Hutto. This is a beginner trail with limited hills and you choose the distance - from 5, 10, to the full 20. Learn more about the route here. After we hit the trail, we'll head to Eastside Tavern (1510 E. Cesar Chavez) for grubs n' slugs.
There will be prize giveaways, a costume contest, and a special Horizon Bank bike jersey for those who donate/raise at least $150.
