The end of the year can be a time of great introspection as we reflect on the past and cultivate intentions for what lies ahead. Join Brooke and Mary for an afternoon of mindful movement (all levels yoga practice), guided self-inquiry, and spacious restorative poses. We will gather together as a community to create individual and collective intentions and transition into 2019 with a sense of purpose, grace and ease.
