Hey Parents! We're excited about this years' Summer Bible Bash at Southwest Christian Church.
Event Details
This summer we'll be taking your kiddo on an incredible journey as they learn about the amazing experience that is living out faith in Jesus Christ. Each day we will cover an important part of our Christian journey, from discovering our relationship with God all the way through to sharing the gift of our faith with others. It will be an exciting week and we hope your family will join us!
Here are the stories and scriptures we’ll be referencing each day:
Memory Verse: “God’s power has given us everything we need to lead a godly life.” 2 Peter 1:3a (NIrV)
DAY 1 - Sunday June 9th
Bottom Line: God wants you to know Him.
Bible Story: God calls Abraham (Genesis 12:1-4, 15:1-7)
DAY 2 - Monday June 10th
Bottom Line: We can know God through His Word.
Bible Story: The life of Josiah (2 Kings 22-23)
DAY 3 - Tuesday June 11th
Bottom Line: God sent Jesus to save us.
Bible Story: Jesus’ Baptism (John 1:29-34; Matthew 3:1-17, Easter Story)
DAY 4 - Wednesday June 12th
Bottom Line: God sent His Spirit to help you.
Bible Story: Pentecost (Acts 1-2)
DAY 5 - Thursday June 13th
Bottom Line: You can help others know God.
Bible Story: Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23)
All kids, 4 years old (potty trained) through 5th grade are welcome to join us.
It all starts SUNDAY JUNE 9th @ 4 - 6 p.m.
