SAVOR: Chocolate Tasting Experience is hosted every Saturday and Sunday at our Culinary Center and Tasting Room. Savor 3 unique chocolate confections ($7 per person). Reservations are not required but highly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome.

Filled with dazzling dances and melodic symphonies, The Nutcracker Ballet graces the holiday season with a mesmerizing tale of an adventurous Christmas Eve. In celebration of this enchanting classic, Delysia Chocolatier is hosting a special chocolate tasting showcasing the magical flavors of ‘The Nutcracker’ lavishly enrobed in gourmet chocolate.

The nutcracker chocolate truffle: Perfectly salty, sweet, and boozy. Garrison Brothers bourbon, smoked salts, and local pecans embellished in bittersweet chocolate
Snow queen chocolate truffle: Dark chocolate delicately infused with fresh mint leaves for a rich, sweetened start and a refreshing, wintery finish
Sugar plum fairy’s chocolate truffle: Seasonally festive. A blend of allspice and currents spiked with cognac in milk chocolate decadently enrobed in a dark chocolate shell
