Drinking with the Saints March Salon - St. Patrick - Theme: 'Snake in the Grass'

Drinking with the Saints is a monthly storytelling salon. Tellers stay seated and join the audience in the round to share their tales in a casual and fun environment.

This month our show will be outside in Bill's backyard pavilion (weather permitting.)


The March Salon Saint is Patrick of Ireland. Famous for explaining the Holy Trinity using the shamrock and the legend that Patrick banished all snakes from the island of Ireland.

This event is free and is located at 3219 Duval St, Austin, TX 78705-2429

Parking in the neighborhood is not available until 7:00 PM most nights. Plan accordingly.


Doors Open at 7:00 - Trickle In, Chat, Drink. The Stories will start at 7:30 and will finish about 9:00.

Hang out and chat until 9:30 or When Bill sends us all home.

A great time will be had by all with Libations inspired by this month's Saint. The drinks will be provided by our host. But do feel inspired and encouraged to bring snacks or other drinks as you like.


Our hosts Bill Frisbie & Paul Normandin will keep the stories and drinks flowing.


Featured Tellers will share a story on or near the theme. Stories should be seven minutes long plus or minus two.

After the tellers are through, we will discuss the next month's salon to include Saint, theme, and potential tellers.
