Event Details
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we'll be holding a free Meditation Class led by Black Swan Yoga (https://blackswanyoga.com/) instructor, Ishar Keshu.
During this class, you'll be led through the basics of meditation followed by good conversation and sour beers. We'll have our normal tasting experience available to purchase for on-site sips and complimentary take-home handouts with meditation tips and tricks.
