UpFront Gallery's "Be The Cowboy" opening featuring BIPOC and LGBTQ2+ artists of Texas.
Be The Cowboy is an exhibit meant to highlight BIPOC and LGBTQ2+ artists of Texas whose stories are often forgotten within the narrative of the cowboy, and whose work is showcasing the varied and rich history of Texas. Be The Cowboy asks “what does western culture mean to you?
Complimentary drinks and light snacks will be served.
Featured Artists: Nico Olivo, Bonnie Jean Taylor, Avalon, Jack Philip Wallace, Lottie Valiente, Harper Herde, Anika Gullapalli, Chloe Mantrom, Beau Elliot.
