Permanently Closed.. The word sagra means town festival, and in Italy, a sagra is dedicated to a specific local food. The name of the sagra includes that food, as well. Olive oil, wine, pasta and pastries of various kinds, chestnuts and cheese are some of the most common sagre (plural) that are celebrated. Sagra wants you to celebrate a monthly sagra, where they host a harvest celebration featuring samples of their special monthly ingredient.
