Welcome lads and lasses to the first annual St Patty’s Day workout with your Coach Paul. Hope your feeling Lucky because we have a fun evening packed with great people, green beer and of course workouts!!!
Event Details
Have a pint as you do such workouts as the leaping leprechaun, the Irish jig, and the Blarney Stone jumps. Training for your adventure to reach your pot of gold. Feel free to bring family and friends as this is a fun and open bootcamp for everyone.
