Spring 2016 Freshman and Transfer students(domestic and international) must attend New Student Orientation on Friday, Jan. 8, from 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m. (Exact ending time will vary depending on the student's classification, testing needs and advising appointment time.)
Freshmen and international students will have advising and course registration at Orientation, while transfer students will have the option of early advising and course registration. Additionally, all spring incoming students will participate in the Medallion Ceremony and Legacy Walk traditions as a part of Orientation. International students must also attend the International Student Check in on Thursday, Jan. 7.
Online sign up for Orientation begins Monday, Nov. 16, 2015. To sign-up, log in to myHilltop and click the link for Orientation sign up.
Before you can sign up for Orientation, you must pay your nonrefundable $150 enrollment deposit. If you pay your enrollment deposit online, please allow one business day before registering for Orientation. This ensures that your deposit is processed and that you can successfully access the online Orientation registration form.
