The facility has been recently remodeled and is air conditioned on the inside area. The over 3000 sq ft area is great for parties, receptions as well as family reunions and church gatherings.. The City Park Recreation Hall is located at 170 Charles Austin Dr. and is available to rent 365 days per year. The facility has been recently remodeled and is air conditioned on the inside area. The over 3000 sq ft area is great for parties, receptions as well as family reunions and church gatherings. Included in the rental fees is the use of the catering kitchen (refrigerator, ice maker, microwave oven, sink area) and up to 300 chairs and 50 tables. Rental Rates are as follows: $200.00 refundable damage deposit and the use fee is $40.00 per hour for people who reside within the city limits of San Marcos or $80.00 per hour for non-residents.
