At Louie Mueller Barbecue, we make all our dishes from scratch following cherished family recipes. Our incredible Beef Sausages are hand mixed and stuffed on site, and our Dino-Ribs are the meatiest beef ribs in all of Texas! We’re famous for our real pit barbecue. Known by many as our "calling card," our all-beef brisket is our most popular selection. Our brisket is made fresh daily, prepared with a salt and pepper rub. The briskets are then slow cooked in 50 year-old horizontal brick and steel pits using post oak wood. It's melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Each and every day, we strive to provide our guests with the highest quality barbecue and sides made from the freshest ingredients and served with family courtesy in an authentic Texas dining atmosphere.
