Mykonos Waffle

Our story starts in July 29th, 2016. We are 3 cousins, 2 of us were working as engineers in a Real Estate Development Company in Dallas, TX. And the other was living in Los Angeles, CA working as a General Manager for a retail company. After working many years in corporate world, we realized this lifestyle was not suitable for us. Our corporate world jobs were not what we have dreamed about growing up as a child. We started to question our happiness. We grew up in eastern Europe. Every year we were spending our summers in a small Greek island, called Mykonos. While staying there, we working at a waffle shop to save the day and make enough money to cover our basic needs and to do what we love most; windsurf. It was the best time of our lives. The night of July 29th, 2016, we decided to quit our jobs and do what we have enjoyed the most. We bought a 1971 Volkswagen Mini Bus, converted to a food truck and now started making waffles once again like the old times. "Life is not all about catching big waves, you gotta enjoy every second while you are in the water."
