Q: How do book recurring cleanings?
A: Before completing booking, select the "Schedule Recurring Cleanings".
You will then be given login information to manage your recurring cleaning dates.
Q: Can I add services last minute?
A: If time permits in our cleaners schedule, it's no problem. Simply ask your cleaner and they will oblige, if possible.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We serve Austin, West Lake Hills and Barton Creek. However if you're a little outside of these areas, we may be able to accommodate you. Reach out to us directly at help@soulmaids.love for confirmation.
Q: Can I make a payment over the phone?
A: You can schedule your cleaning over the phone, no problem. We will then email your confirmation. For your security, we do not process payment over the phone. Once you receive scheduling confirmation, you will be directed to add payment for your appointment.
