At Capital City Bakery, it's about more than just cake- Our bakery was built on a love for food, a desire to foster community, and a passion for providing Austin with high quality pastries made from scratch. One little bakery trailer filled with a whole 'lotta love: All of our baked goods are made fresh daily, cholesterol-free, and made from locally-sourced/organic ingredients when possible. Did we mention that everything is also 100% vegan and completely delicious?

The connection between food, our health, and the world around us is undeniable- We're dedicated to providing an alternative choice in attempt to preserve the environment, protect animals, and unite people through a love of food and a desire for progression.

We have been serving the Austin community since 2011, operate a bakery trailer at 1901 Rio Grande, and bake out of an all-vegan kitchen in East Austin. Come out and say hi!
