Sour Duck Market is the soon-to-open new concept by chefs Bryce Gilmore and Mark Buley along with partners Dylan Gilmore and Jason James. Sour Duck Market will be casual, all-day bakery, café and bar in Austin, TX, continuing the team’s thoughtful, craftsmen’s approach to local food.
