We're a private training studio located in Central Austin. We're a private training studio that focuses on improving strength, balance, and coordination, so we don’t have a bunch of machines. Your body is designed to move! So while focusing on improving strength, we’re going to make sure that you’re confident and comfortable with how your body moves.
Furthermore, we don’t approach fitness like it’s an extreme sport. Being healthy and being active is something you need to be able to do every day for the rest of your life. Yes, you need to work hard – but you also need to work smart. That’s why we have a Personal Training Program Design Team consisting of experienced trainers. Every program, from personal training to small group training, is designed by a team that knows you as an individual. We don’t use workouts-of-the-day found online or cookie-cutter programs published in magazines. We use our collective experience to guarantee your success.
Secondly, we focus on creating a supportive community. One of the ways we do this is by training in groups of 2-3 rather than 1:1. So even though you have an individual program specific to your goals, you’re part of a team. We’ve found that in a small group, everyone works harder, and everyone does better.
