Bass Concert Hall was built in 1981 and underwent a $14.7 million renovation in 2007. The state-of-the-art facility features an orchestra pit for 100, dressing rooms, advanced lighting and sound and a versatile backstage, also featuring a sixth-floor deck looking out onto the campus of the University of Texas at Austin. The venue has hosted acts from Broadway performers to John Legend to Phillip Glass, Circus Oz, Bill Cosby and almost everything in between.
