Lago Vista is a small town tucked among the hills of the Texas Hill Country overlooking the pristine waters of Lake Travis. Lago Vista is filled with energetic and patriotic residents.
You are enthusiastically invited to celebrate America’s Independence Day with the residents of Lago Vista on Wednesday, July4th – all day long!
The Fireworks Show is spectacular! The show, complete with music, is seen at dark-30 at the Bar K Recreational Park. Hundreds of boaters gather on Lake Travis with their green and red running lights adding to the charm, as does the sunset at the end of the day. The ohs and ahs of the crowd reverberate between the hills making the event even more unique. Come early and experience it all!
Join in the multitude of activities and give your children the same fond memories you cherish of parades, tasty foods, sports, live music, family games, and paddling around the local swimming hole.
Register for the Patriot Parade, 5K Firecracker Run and Fun Walk, Family Games, Sports, Tennis and the Miss & Mr Lago Vista and We’ve Got Talent! contests and BID NOW for the Auction.
Donations determine the grandeur and length of the Fireworks Display! 2012 Fireworks Goal is $12,500 The annual budget is approximately $30,000. The fireworks display depends upon you, your friends and neighbors!
