1) Great location - W. 6th Street, technically considered to be in the Warehouse District. Not at the heart of 6th St., but a great off-the-beaten-path-but-not-too-far-off locale. (You can easily walk here from downtown.)
2) Street parking, indoor/outdoor seating, hard liquor. I've never paid a cover, but can't say if this is the norm.
3) Very small interior; semi-cramped, but cool booths; dark, not in pub-style, but in an unappealing low-lit dinge.
4) Quick, competent bar staff. Moderate prices.
