On Saturday, February 23, 2019, join fathers, mothers, grandparents, and other parents and families in our community for the 4th Annual Celebrating Families! Conference. This event will be a one-day conference designed to empower families through their parenting journey. Families come in all different shapes, colors, ages, culture, religions, and creed. No parent has all the answers. Let's grow together.Parents will receive the tools necessary to best support their children while exercising emotional wellness. We will have sessions specifically for fathers, mothers, grandparents, and the entire family. There will be food, prizes, and childcare available. The Celebrating Families! Conference is a project of the Early Childhood Coalition. In collaboration with community partners Community Action, Inc. of Central Texas has developed an Early Childhood Coalition in Hays County to ensure that every child is kindergarten-ready by age five and given an opportunity to succeed in life regardless of the conditions they were born into.
