Event Details
Dust off the suits and fur, and dress to impress with Prohibition Era Attire, feathers, bold colors, or Black Tie.
THE PARTY:
There will be free flowing bubbles all night long, a hosted bar menu featuring bubbles, beer and wine from our sponsors Belvedere & Moet Hennesey, photo booths, live music, late night treats, and aerial entertainment for your eyes to feast upon. Tickets include entrance to the event, heavy hors d'oeuvre stations, dessert bar, entertainment including live performances by Gatsby Gang Jazz Band, Dj Men-Yo, DJ Jeff Strange, performances from Rapt Aerial Dance, a live NYE countdown leading up to a Moët & Chandon Imperial champagne toast at midnight, and followed by late night breakfast bites. Dust off your best prohibition costumes because best dressed guest at the party receives a $500 Eberly gift card.
THE DINNER EXPERIENCE:
Select the option of joining us for dinner or also staying for the party with our two prix fixe ticket options.
The prix-fixe dinner menu includes 4 courses from our Executive Chef Jim Tripi and dessert by Executive Pastry Chef Natalie Gazaui. Enjoy complimentary champagne upon arrival. Wine pairing menu available upon request. Prix-Fixe Dinner Tickets are $125 per person and include gratuity, tax, complimentary valet and a glass of champagne upon arrival.
THE DINNER & PARTY EXPERIENCE:
Tickets include the 4 course prix-fixe menu, as well as entrance to the party. These dinner tickets are $200 per person, including the entire Cedar Tavern Party experience. There will be an early and a late seating available, first come first serve.
