Three different kinds of beers with a myriad layers of flavor kick off our St. Patrick’s day tasting. What would St. Patrick’s day be without a pint of Guinness? This rich, dark beer is perfectly paired in our truffles with its signature “chocolatey” flavor. If you would prefer a lighter option, cheer your friends with our Fireman’s 4 chocolate truffles, white chocolate infused with local Ale and enrobed in dark chocolate. Lest not forget our final beer choice of the tasting, our Killian’s Irish Red Lager chocolate truffle with white chocolate infused with Ale & enrobed in dark chocolate.
The perfect nightcap for this St. Patrick’s day is our decadent Irish coffee chocolate truffle, white chocolate infused with coffee and Irish cream, enrobed in dark chocolate. And if that is not enough to satisfy your sweet tooth, we have our redolent Orange currant chocolate truffle with dark chocolate infused with orange zest, spices, & dried currants
