Appetizers range from $8 - $18 and include favorites Oysters Texefeller (Gulf oysters, spinach, bacon and a dash of Pernod), Spicy Blue Crab Confit (Chilled blue crab with fried avocado and lime crema), Classic Escargot, Prime Beef Sashimi, delicious Shiner Bock Beer battered Mushrooms (With a creamy house-made chipotle sauce) and our favorite the Buffalo Lamb Chops (Lollipop lamb deep-fried then tossed in Frank's with a Jalapeno / Blue Cheese Dip).

Soups and Salads are $6 - $10. The Hearts of Romaine Salad was a pleasant surprise, topped with roasted corn, bell peppers, walnuts, and blue cheese dressing. Other great choices include the Sweet Potato Clam Chowder and Spicy Sirloin Soup.

Ready to get to the MEAT of it? ALC Steaks does not disappoint. If you are hungry this is the place to go for a richly marbled, aged to perfection; hand carved steak. Depending on the size and cut you choose you will spend between $30 and $48.  We chose the massive 30-ounce Porterhouse dripping in flavor. You can also select a Bone-in Ribeye, N.Y. Strip, Filet Mignon, T-Bone or Top Sirloin.

Pair your steak with Lobster and Shrimp, or choose to have it prepared au Poivre' with blue cheese or Oscar style. For $7 you can pick a sampler of (4) house-made steak sauces from a list including gorgonzola butter, roasted garlic, chimichurri, bearnaise, Maker's Mark and more.
