Event Details
Marjoun is creating her own identity as a Muslim American teenager in Little Rock, Arkansas. Poignantly, she attends the infamous high school which served as a powerful symbol of school desegregation in 1957. With her punked-up, safety-pin-laden hijab dancing in the wind, Marjoun roars into Southern consciousness on her motorcycle.
