BORN INTO THIS is an annual conference for parents, creatives, birth professionals and leaders to explore reproductive health.
Event Details
Hosted at Springdale Station and Canopy in East Austin, the three-day event will make space for real conversations about topics we should all know more about—from giving birth, to becoming a parent, to the human body and informed care. Convening parents, creatives, birth professionals and leaders from across Texas and the US, attendees can expect speakers from all walks of life to host talks, workshops and creative experiences examining the intersections of bodily autonomy, parenthood and health.
This year’s conference will also introduce a pop-up market for parents, stick-n-poke tattoos and creative sessions, a social justice training on intersectionality with activist and BORN INTO THIS alum Carmen Lane, wellness workshops with BirthFit, plus intimate gatherings and networking. The conference is also preceded and followed by a birth doula training and Childbirth Educator training with Doula Trainings International.

Tickets, speaker submissions, scholarship requests and market applications are available now.
The full conference schedule and speakers will be announced in early 2020.
TICKET INFORMATION: General conference admission is $299. General admission includes access to all programming on May 14 and gatherings on May 15. Workshops can be added to any ticket for an additional cost of $30. Pre- and post-conference trainings require separate registration. Digital tickets, which include access to audio recordings for the conference, are included in general admission tickets or offered individually for $50.
