Nelson Sauvin is arguably the rarest, most unique, and most expensive hop. With 3.5 lbs of Nelson Sauvin per barrel of New Zealand Pilsner malt, we did not hold back on the amount of hops in the sour IPA.

What makes this hop so special? Simply, there's just nothing else out there like it. This hop grows in small quantities in the sauvignon blanc wine region of New Zealand. Ranging from big tropical notes of lychee and mango to fresh crushed gooseberries and spicy black pepper, this version of SMash SMaSH is one of the most unique beers we've brewed.
