It's Mental Health Awareness Month and Blue Owl is inviting you to join us in taking a mental break on Friday, May 26th.

Event Details

We'll provide all the tools to help you unwind and relax. There will be complimentary coloring paper and pencils to help you relieve stress, paper planes to decorate and write your worries on before letting them go into the air, wish paper to help your inner dreams come true, and meditation pamphlets to bring home and help you practice.
