Celebrate National Cheese Day at Blue Owl Brewing with a special cheese & beer pairing.
Event Details
Just like wine & cheese, sour beers go great with cheese! The acids from the beer elevate the tasting experience when paired with the fatty aspects of the cheese.
Choose your own adventure with a flight of four cheeses and four 5oz beers! We'll have worksheets for you to write down tasting notes and feedback, and Blue Owl's own Cheese Pro, Clint will be on-site nerding out and getting cheesy over flavor profiles with you as well!
Daily selection of cheese will include:
-White Stilton Cheese with Apricots
-Italian Truffle Cheese
-Asiago with Rosemary & Olive Oil
-Cheddar with Chili and Red Peppers
-Cave Aged Blue Cheese
-Double Cream Brie
-6 Mo Aged Manchego
